Cut the solid pond piece two times: once out of acetate and another from blue cardstock. Then, cut the outline out of gold cardstock and adhere it over the acetate piece. Flip over the piece and add foam tape all around the border. Add sequins, remove the release paper, and close up with the second pond piece you cut out of cardstock.
