Project
Today, I'll be sharing a card that shows how you can easily add staggered stacked sentiments to your paper crafted projects.
I started by stamping the outline sentiment from Joy To The World Typography Stamp Set using Obsidian Pigment Ink. I then stamped the image layers around it using Pink Pearl, Mountain Mist, and Bamboo Crisp Dye Inks. The details were adding using the coordinating Simple Coloring Stencil and Coral Bliss, Volcano Lake, and Parrot Crisp Dye Inks. I die cut around the whole image. Also, I used the sentiment die from Joy To The World Typography Die Set. I cut the whole image 4 times – 3 times from Jet Black Cardstock and once from Smoky Quartz Glitter Cardstock. On top of that, I also cut ‘joy' a further 2 times. Once these were all cut, I adhered them together and added them into place onto the stamped sentiment. As the ‘joy' had an extra 2 layers, this staggers the heights of the sentiment, for a cool look!
I created a soft striped background by gently ink blending over a piece of copy paper, and then moving it slightly before inking again. Coral Bliss, Volcano Lake, and Parrot Crisp Dye Inks were used for this.
